We support both OEM and ODM projects, from fabric sourcing and sample development to bulk production and final quality inspection.

Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs per style. For some fabrics, trims, colors, or special techniques, the MOQ may be higher depending on material supplier requirements.

If you are developing a new collection, you can add several styles to the inquiry cart and send them together. Our team will review the styles and suggest the most practical production plan.

To quote accurately, please send product photos or sketches, fabric requirements, size range, estimated quantity, branding or label requirements, and target market if available.

If you do not have a complete tech pack, you can still send reference images. We can help review the construction, fabric direction, and estimated production feasibility.

For simple styles, sample development usually takes about 7-10 days after fabric and trims are ready. For complex styles, special fabrics, embroidery, sequins, bonding, or customized workmanship, it may take about 10-14 days.

The exact schedule depends on material availability and how complete the original design information is.

1. Customer sends reference style, tech pack, measurement chart, or original sample.
2. Our team checks fabric, trims, workmanship, and construction details.
3. We prepare pattern, material sourcing, cutting, sewing, and sample finishing.
4. Photos, measurements, and comments are reviewed before sample shipment or revision.

Sample cost depends on fabric, workmanship, and style complexity. For new projects, we usually charge a sample fee to cover development time and materials.

For confirmed bulk orders, sample cost can often be discussed or deducted from the order balance depending on the project details.

Quality control starts from material checking and continues through cutting, sewing, finishing, measurement inspection, needle detection when needed, and final packing inspection.

We pay special attention to fabric handfeel, color consistency, stitching, measurements, trims, labels, and overall appearance before shipment.

We work with fabric and trim suppliers in China and can help source woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, faux leather, sequins, lace, mesh, sweater yarns, and functional fabrics for sportswear.

If your brand has required fabric standards, color cards, or nominated suppliers, please share them with us before quotation.

Yes. We can support main labels, care labels, hangtags, size stickers, polybags, carton marks, and other private label requirements.

Please provide logo files, label artwork, packaging instructions, and any compliance requirements before production.

Bulk production time depends on order quantity, fabric availability, workmanship, and approval speed. After sample approval and material confirmation, many regular orders take around 30-45 days.
